EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Exchange Policy

Every product is handcrafted, carefully quality-checked, and shipped within 5–8 business days.


Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges can be requested via:
    Manage My Order > Exchange My Order
  • Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The new size will be dispatched after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags intact
  • Exchanges may be rejected if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags/packaging.

Product Exchange (Different Product)

  • Exchanges for a different product are processed via Store Credit only.
  • To request, contact:
  • A virtual verification will be done before approval.
  • Pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours after approval.
  • Store credit is issued after successful pickup confirmation.

Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit = Order amount minus ₹200 (shipping & pickup charges)
  • Can be used at checkout for future orders
  • Can be issued a maximum of 2 times per order, with ₹200 deduction each time
  • If store credit is requested again after an exchange, an additional ₹300 deduction applies

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are processed as Store Credit only.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of a major manufacturing defect
  • Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof required: clear images + unboxing/video evidence
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted

Return Conditions

  • Product must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags intact
  • Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

Quality Check & Approval

  • Returned items are inspected by our QC team (8–10 business days after receipt)
  • Store credit is issued only after successful approval

Pickup Policy

  • Up to 3 pickup attempts will be made
  • Failed pickups may be cancelled or re-attempted with charges
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
