Shipping Policy

At Basata, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹49 is applicable on all COD orders.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timeline

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–9 business days after dispatch.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available only for prepaid orders. You can select the express shipping option at checkout, where available.

Urgent Orders

If your order is time-sensitive, please send us a DM on Instagram with your Order ID immediately after placing your order. While we cannot guarantee expedited delivery in every case, our team will do its best to prioritize your shipment whenever possible.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or unforeseen operational issues. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
